Warranty Coverage
All items listed are 100% brand new and come with a limited lifetime warranty (unless specified otherwise) against manufacturer defects. This warranty covers the replacement cost of the part only and does NOT include shipping, labor, or any other incidental charges. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or replacements.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
- Covered defects: Defects in materials or workmanship, Not warrantied if damage caused by misuse, accidents, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
- Definition of “lifetime”: It might mean the original purchaser's ownership period, the product's useful life.

- Original purchaser restrictions: This Warrant is NOT transferable; and applies to original purchaser.
- Maintenance/use requirements: Purchase need to use and maintain the product according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Exclusions: Exclusions include, surface rust , discoloration, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper installation, commercial use, cosmetic damage, and normal deterioration.
- Claim procedure: You may need to submit photos and documentation and ship the product to supplier at your own expense.
- Costs: Buyer is responsible for shipping, labor, installation, or other costs associated with exchange.
- Rust-through/perforation: potentially a warranty claim, particularly if the muffler has actually worn out or developed a hole during normal use.
- Cracked welds or seams: potentially covered as a defect, depending on the circumstances.
Cosmetic Damage Disclaimer
· Minor dents or scratches from handling may occur, but do not affect fitment or functionality.
· The warranty is for functionality only, does not cover minor cosmetic damage.
Damaged And Missing Items
· If an item arrives damaged or if you are missing items, it must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can promptly address the situation. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the damage.
· Please note that we will NOT cover any additional costs if you decide to buy the missing item locally.
Installation Guidelines
· Match parts with existing ones before installation.
· Do not force installation if parts do not match.
· We recommend using a certified mechanic for installation.
· Forced installation will void the warranty and refund.
